Parnax Lab Ltd board to consider fund raising through warrants issue

A meeting of the board of directors ('Board') of Parnax Lab Limited (the 'company') is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 1st January, 2022, to consider and evaluate proposals for raising funds by way of issue of warrants convertible into equity shares through preferential issue including determination of issue price as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

The board will confirm the Date, Time, and Notice for convening Extra-Ordinary General Meeting ('EOGM') of the members of the Company.

The board will also consider any other matter, if required with the permission of the chair.
