Natural Capsules Ltd allots 31,16,350 partly paid shares on rights basis

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Natural Capsules Limited approved the allotment of Equity shares to eligible Equity Shareholders ("Issue").

Pursuant to the finalization of Basis of Allotment for the Issue, approved by BSE Limited, the Board of Directors considered and approved the allotment of Partly Paid 31,16,350 Equity Shares of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs.3,116.35 lacs (Rs. 25 each was called on application) on Rights basis to eligible Equity Shareholders as on the Record Date i.e. November 12, 2021.

Shares of NATURAL CAPSULES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 296.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 297.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16864 in over 361 trades.
