IIFL Wealth Management Ltd allots NCDs of Rs. 120 crores

The Resource Raising Committee of IIFL Wealth Management Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved the allotment of 1,200 rated secured redeemable principal protected market linked non-convertible debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 120 crores, on a private placement basis.

Shares of Iifl Wealth Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1413.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1407.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1537 in over 230 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1420.15 and intraday low of 1392.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2159198.00.
