Swan Energy Limited to acquire Hazel Infra Ltd

Swan Energy Limited has executed a 'Share Subscription cum Shareholders Agreement' with M/s Hazel Infra Limited('HIL') to subscribe to its 1,42,305 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par.

By virtue of the above agreement, M/s HIL will become subsidiary of the company.

Shares of Swan Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 148.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 147.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14569 in over 318 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 148.95 and intraday low of 142.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2126159.00.
