S Chand And Company Limited approves corporate guarantee for subsidiary

The Board of Directors of S Chand And Company Limited at its meeting held on December 24, 2021 have approved the Corporate Guarantee in favour of Bandhan Bank against the cash credit facility sanctioned to Vikas Publishing House Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company).
