The Board of Directors of ISL Consulting Limited at its meeting held on today i.e. on Thursday, December 23, 2021, has approved to Obtain NBFC Registration as Type 1 Non-Deposit taking NBFC in the category of Investment and Credit Company, subject to making necessary application and compliance of various formalities required in this regard.
