Chittoor Thachur Highway Pvt Ltd executes concession agreement with NHAI

Chittoor Thachur Highway Private Limited, Wholly-owned Subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has now executed Concession Agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the project of Development of Six Laning of Chittoor-Thachur road from km. 96.040 (Pondavakkam) to km. 116.100 (Kannigaipair) on Hybrid Annuity mode under Bhardlmala Pariyojana, in the state of Tamil Nadu (Package-IV).

The project length is 20.06 kms and NHAI Bid Project Cost is Rs. 652.49 Crores. The company's Bid Project Cost is Rs. 909 crore.

The construction period is 730 Days & Operation Period of 15 (Fifteen) years commencing from COD.

Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 208.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 204.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 289381 in over 6605 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 214.00 and intraday low of 200.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60050226.00.
