ITC Ltd increases stake in Delectable Technologies Pvt Ltd to 27.34%

ITC Limited has acquired on 20th December, 2021, in the third tranche, 1,964 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each of Delectable Technologies Private Limited (Delectable).

With the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in Delectable aggregates 27.34% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 212.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3491050 in over 50447 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 216.55 and intraday low of 209.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 740924903.00.
