L&T arm acquires Intelliflux Controls Inc

Larsen & Toubro International FZE (LTIFZE'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited ('L&T') has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on Dec 20, 2021 to purchase, stake in Intelliflux Controls INC., a Delaware Corporation.

Intelliflux Controls Inc, a Delaware Corporation, is an integrated water analytics platform that uses AI / ML to optimize plant performance.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1797.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1846.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 127333 in over 6919 trades.
