Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd in its Meeting held today i.e. on 15th December, 2021 have approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 7.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (including Special Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share) i.e. @70% of the paid up equity share capital for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid to the Members on 11th January, 2022.

Shares of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 210.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 212.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 833947 in over 6947 trades.
