Joonktollee Tea & Industries Ltd board to consider terms of rights issue on Dec 16, 2021

A meeting of Rights Issue Committee as constituted by the Board of Directors of Joonktollee Tea & Industries Ltd for the Rights Issue for an amount not exceeding Rs. 24.90 crores will be held on December 16, 2021 to consider, discuss and decide, various matters in connection with the Rights Issue, including the terms and conditions such as the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, timing of the Rights Issue and other related matters.
