Globus Spirits Ltd resumes operation at Bihar unit

Globus Spirits Ltd has resumed its operation at the company's plant located in Vill : Dhudhua, Tehsil : Jandaa, Dist:Vaishali, Bihar which was temporarily disrupted owing to flooding and water logging of the factory premises caused by heavy rains since 15th August 2021.

Once flood water receded to a workable level, remaining water was pumped out from working areas, to a reservoir. After damage assessment, plant and machinery was repaired in-house and with the help of external and internal experts.

The insurance amount claimed and realized by the listed entity for the loss/damage is Rs. 3.74 Cr.

Shares of Globus Spirits Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1326.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1355.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31123 in over 2640 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1393.60 and intraday low of 1315.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41642740.00.
