Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd receives LOA for consultancy services

Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd has received the "Letter of Award ("LOA")" for the Consultancy Services as the 'Independent Engineer for Development of 6 lane Amrtsar Bathinda Greenfield Section of NH - 754A from Bhagta Bhai Ka - Bhadaur Road near Dyalpura Bhai Ka to junction with Mandi Dabwali Bathida Road on NH 54 near Sangat kalam as a part of Amritsar-Jamnagar Economic corridor in the state of Punjab under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase 1 on HAM Mode (Package-II) from the office of General Manager (Tech), National Highways Authority of India, New Delhi ('the Authority") in association with Arkitechno Consultants (I) Pvt. Ltd & in association with Kaius Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

The Fees towards the Independent Engincer's Services for the said Project will be Rs. 5,15,00,085/- excluding taxes (Rupees Five Crores Fifteen Lacs Eighty-Five Only). The Contract period will be 48 (Forty-Eight) months.

The Company need to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee / Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of agreement as per RFP shall take place.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 66.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 66.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7312 in over 181 trades.
