New Vernon, Deutsche Securities and Blackstone Group to pick stake in Everonn Systems

Everonn Systems India Ltd has announced with reference to earlier announcement dated May 09, 2008 regarding the list of Non-promoter Allottees of Equity Shares & Warrants Convertible in to Equity Shares.

New Vernon India Ltd, Deutsche Securities Mauritius Ltd and The India Fund, Inc of BlackStone Group will acquire stake in the company.

The subscription amount on issued Equity Shares is 91.39 Crores.

The total Warrant issuance to Promoter / promoter group and Non Promoter group amount to Rs 76.5 Crores of which 10% is payable on warrant allocation.
