Kings Infra Ventures Ltd to discuss formation of new subsidiary, SPV for expansion

A meeting of Board of Directors of Kings Infra Ventures Limited will be held on Thursday, 16th December, 2021 at 04.00 P.M. through video conferencing to consider and discuss about the incorporation of new subsidiary Company Kings Maritech Eco Park Limited.

The board will also consider proposal to incorporate a special purpose vehicle Kings SISTA 360 platform for the expansion of the business.

The board will consider review of Business Operations & Prospects of the Company and any other business with the permission of the Chair arising out of above business and incidental and ancillary to the business.

Shares of Kings Infra Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 34.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 35.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 130455 in over 148 trades.
