The Board approved M/s East India Drums & Barrels Mfg. Pvt. Ltd. to run the company's plant Yashraj Containeurs Ltd., plus all cost with effect from 03/12/2021 on a compensation per month (in toto) as determined and agreeable by M/s East India Drums & Barrels Mfg. Pvt. Ltd. and the company. The board also authorized Mr. Sunil Patil, Director, to sign the necessary documents / deed / Agreement on behalf of the company.
