Ridhi Synthetics Ltd board fixes Dec 10, 2021 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Ridhi Synthetics Ltd ('Board') at its meeting held on July 26, 2021 had approved the issue of fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("Equity Shares") of the Company, by way of a rights issue to the eligible shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 4 (Four) Equity Shares for every 1 (One) Equity Share held by the Existing Shareholders as on the record date for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,96,00,000 ("the Rights Issue").

The Right Issue Committee in its meeting held today, i.e., December 1st, 2021, has fixed the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who will be eligible to apply for the Rights Issue as 10th December, 2021.

The Committee also approved the following schedule for the Rights Issue:

Issue Opening Date: 20th December, 2021; and
Issue Closing Date: 03rd January, 2022.
