Yaarii Digital Integrated Services Ltd changes name

Pursuant to the Company's shareholders' approval, at their AGM held on September 30, 2021, in order to reflect the name of the Company in sync with its logo and digital platform app 'Yaari', launched by the Company in March 2021 which is a social commerce marketplace for a bouquet of curated consumer products, the name of the Company stands changed from 'Yaarii Digital Integrated Services Limited' to 'Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited' with effect from November 30, 2021, by just removing one 'i' from the existing prefix.

Shares of Yaarii Digital Integrated Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6047 in over 255 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93.70 and intraday low of 87.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 549342.00.
