Refex Industries Ltd to foray into the Power Trading Business segment

The Board of Directors of Refex Industries Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. November 26, 2021, has decided to enter into the Power Trading Business segment and in order to undertake such business has accorded is approval to file application to obtain Category-I Power Trading License with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission ('CERC') as per CERC (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for grant of trading license and other related matters) Regulations, 2020.

Shares of Refex Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 128.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 132.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123363 in over 2914 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 132.85 and intraday low of 126.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16025171.00.
