Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited's rights issue oversubscribed by 1.35 times

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited has announced that the Rights Issue which closed for subscription today, i.e., 25th November,202l at 5:00 p.m. has been over-subscribed by approx. 1.35 times.

The applications received in the Rights Issue are subject to verification and clearing of payments, as applicable, and finalization of the basis of allotment.

Shares of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 29.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 115325 in over 622 trades.
