Visagar Financial Services Ltd Board recommends Sub-division & Bonus Issue of equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Visagar Financial Services Ltd at their Meeting held on November 25, 2021, has approved and taken on record the sub-division of Face Value of Equity Shares from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-.

The board also approved issue of Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 1/-each in the ratio of 1:2 (i.e Bonus issue of 1 share of Rs.1/- each for every 2 share of Rs.1/- each held by members as on the record date, which will be decided in due course in consultation with Stock Exchange.
