Swan Energy Limited to divest stake in subsidiary

Swan Energy Limited has decided to divest its 100% shareholding at par (10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) in one of its Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), M/s Swan Desilting Private Limited (SDPL), not being the 'Material Subsidiary'.

Consequently, M/s SDPL will cease to be the subsidiary of the company.

Shares of Swan Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 120.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 120.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 869 in over 81 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 121.75 and intraday low of 120.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 105259.00.
