The Ramco Cements Ltd commissions Waste Heat Recovery System at Third Line of Jayanthipuram Plant

The Ramco Cements Ltd have commissioned a Waste Heat Recovery System at newly commissioned Third Line at our Jayanthipuram Plant today. Out of the two boilers in the Waste Heat Recovery System of Third Line, the boiler at the Cooler namely, Air Quenched Boiler has been commissioned and we are capable of generating 5 MW Of additional power from Waste Heat. This will augment our total power available from Waste Heat to 21 MW, out of total possible generation of 24 MW. The other boiler namely the preheater boiler of the third line will be commissioned in June 2022.

Shares of The Ramco Cements Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 992.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1000.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17031 in over 1095 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1007.50 and intraday low of 985.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17051534.00.
