Siemens Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Siemens Ltd at its meeting held on November 24, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (400%) for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2021.

The Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, would be paid from February 08, 2022.
