Utrade Solutions Pvt Ltd becomes subsidiary of Share India Securities Limited

The Board of Directors of Share India Securities Limited, at its meeting held on September 23, 2021, had, approved the Investment in the share capital of M/s. Utrade Solutions Private Limited through subscription of fresh share capital.

The aforementioned investment has been completed and the Company has completed investment to the extent of 63.50% of the post issue share capital of M/s. Utrade Solutions Private Limited at a consideration of Rs. 13.684 Crores. Post completion of transaction M/s. Utrade Solutions Private Limited has become subsidiary of Share India Securities Limited, with the shareholding structure of Share India Securities Limited holding 63.50% and other shareholders holding 36.50% of the equity share capital of M/s. Utrade Solutions Private Limited.

Shares of Share India Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 855.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 842.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1440 in over 178 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 865.20 and intraday low of 827.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1223908.00.
