Ashiana Housing Ltd enters into Development Agreement for new project in Jharkhand

Ashiana Housing Ltd has entered into a Development Agreement for construction and development of a group housing project at Pudishilli, Rugri, Anchal Chandil, District Saraikella Kharswan, Jharkhand.

The potential saleable area of the proposed project is approximately 3,88,000 (Three lakhs eighty eight thousands) square feet.

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 189.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 191.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4021 in over 354 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 193.55 and intraday low of 189.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 765912.00.
