Info Edge India Ltd has invested an amount of about Rs.14 Crores in Zwayam Digital Pvt. Ltd., (Zwayam) wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Zwayam is engaged in the business of providing SaaS based sourcing and screening recruitment solutions and providing end-to-end recruitment solutions with configurable plug and play modules.

As part of company's investments, the present investment allows Company to strengthen the financial health of its mentioned wholly-owned subsidiary enabling it to offer improved services helping it to diversify, organically and/or inorganically, into other connected areas.

Shares of Info Edge (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6490.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6548.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37114 in over 6762 trades.
