Ethos Limited signs agreement with RIMOWA and Bovet Watches

Ethos Limited, Material Subsidiary of KDDL Ltd has Signed the below agreements:

- RIMOWA: a FRANCHISE CONTRACT with RIMOWA for the opening of the first Rimowa store in Jio World Plaza, Mumbai. Founded in 1898 in Cologne (Germany), RIMOWA is in a LVMH brands portfolio since 2017. Rimowa is the global leader in premium luggage and essential tools for a lifetime of travel since 1898.

- Bovet Watches: We have entered into an Exclusive right for distribution, sales and promotion. Founded in 1822 in London, Bovet is a prestigious and High-Quality watches from Bovet Fleurier SA. Bovet is one of the Global leader in High quality watches and Time piece and have won many prestigious awards over the years including the GPHG "Aiguille d'Or" in 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Shares of KDDL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 596.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 595.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 629 in over 191 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 610.65 and intraday low of 577.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 378914.00.
