3i Infotech Limited completes redemption of outstanding Class B Preference Shares

3i Infotech Limited has completed redemption of the balance outstanding Class B Preference Shares for the one Class B Preference Shareholder to whom payment remained to be done earlier on such terms as agreed between the Preference Shareholders and the Company on November 15, 2021 amounting to Rs.2.50 crores. These Class B Preference Shares could not be redeemed earlier on account of the orders of the Debts Recovery Tribunal dated April 15, 2021 and May 11, 2021.

With this redemption, all the Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares of the Company stand redeemed.
