The Board of directors of Ester Industries Ltd has declared the Interim dividend of Rs. 1.40/- (Rupee One and Forty paisa only) per equity share for the financial year 2021-22.

The record date for the payment of said Interim Dividend is Tuesday, 23rd November, 2021. The Dividend will be paid on or before 11th December, 2021.
