Panama Petrochem Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2021, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 Per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each of the Company.

The interim dividend shall be paid on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 to the shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, November 26, 2021 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Panama Petrochem Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 271.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 261.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12000 in over 789 trades.
