Cochin Shipyard Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Cochin Shipyard Ltd at its meeting held on November 11, 2021, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 6.00 per equity share of Rs. 10 each fully paid-up (60%) for the financial year 2021-22.

The aforesaid interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before December 10, 2021.
