Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 7

The board of directors of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Ltd at its meeting held today, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 7 (Rs. 2 plus an additional Rs. 5 on the completion of 40 years of establishment of this company) (Rupee Seven only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 5 i.e. 140% aggregating to Rs. 10.17 crore.

The record date for the same is November 18, 2021.
