The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd forms subsidiary to transfer non-core assets

The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the name and style of 'Shipping Corporation of India Land and Assets Limited' bearing CIN-U70109MH2021GOl371256 on 10th November, 2021 pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors based on the concurrence given by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and NITI Aayog for Hiving-off the Non-Core Assets of the Company as a part of Demerger under SCI's Strategic Disinvestment process undertaken by the Government of India.
