Easy Trip Planners Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Easy Trip Planners Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. November 11, 2021, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1/- (50%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/ - (Rupees Two only) each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22. Total payout of Interim Dividend is Rs. 10,86,45,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore Eighty Six Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Only).

The said Dividend on Equity Shares will be dispatched/credited to those Members whose name appears on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the Equity shares as on 'Record Date" i.e. Monday, November 22, 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before 10th December, 2021.

Shares of Easy Trip Planners Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 511.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 514.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17337 in over 1156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 523.80 and intraday low of 505.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8893095.00.
