Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd Board recommends Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd at its meeting held on November 09, 2011, has considered, noted, approved the recommendation for issuance of Bonus Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) new Equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for every 1 (One) existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the Company held by the shareholders as on record date.
