The Board of Directors of MRF Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share [30%] for the financial year ending 31st March, 2022.

The Company has fixed Friday, 19th November, 2021 [19.11.2021] as the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after 3rd December, 2021 [03.12.2021].
