Alchemist Corporation Ltd appoints new MD

The Board of directors of M/s Alchemist Corporation Limited at their meeting held on 29th October, 2021, has approved the change in Directors.

On the recommendation of NRC, appointment of Ms. Pooja Rastogi (DIN: 00201858) as MD of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from 29th October, 2021 subject to approval of members.

The board also took note of resignation of Mr. Sohan Lal (DIN: 03322557), Managing Director from the position of Managing Director of the Company through his resignation letter dated 29th October, 2021.
