Pursuant to approval of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on October 29,2021, Mr.Ravi Srinivasan (DIN:07193935) was appointed as an Independent Director (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation for 5 consecutive years with effect from November 1, 2021 up to October 31, 2026 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
