Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd at its meeting held on November 02, 2021, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1/- (One Rupee) per share on 1,14,75,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22.

The interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22 is proposed to be paid from November 17, 2021.
