R Systems International Ltd Board declares Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.20

The Board of Directors of R Systems International Ltd at its meeting held on November 02, 2021, has approved the payment of Second Interim Dividend for the year 2021 at the rate of Rs. 3.20/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each.

The Second Interim Dividend for the year 2021, as declared by the Board of Directors will be paid by November 26, 2021.
