Three Directors appointed to the board of Coal India Limited

Under Secretary to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Coal vide its letter No. F. No. 21/19/2021-BA(x) dated 1st November 2021 has appointed the following person as non official part-time Directors on the Board of Directors of Coal India Limited for a period of three years with effect from 1st November'2021 or until further orders whichever is earlier:

1. Shri Denesh Singh
2. Shri G. Nageswara Rao
3. Shri B. Rajeshchandar

Shares of Coal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 170.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 164.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 693547 in over 4460 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 172.00 and intraday low of 163.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 115711413.00.
