Shri Sunil Kumar Srivastava (DIN: 02809123) and Dr. Siddhartha Shekhar Singh (DIN: 06873925) have ceased to be the Independent Directors on the Board of the Company w.e.f 2nd November, 2021 consequent upon completion of three years' tenure on 1st November, 2021.
