Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited at its Board Meeting held today, i.e. 29th October 2021, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 5/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each i.e. 50% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22. The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, 12th November 2021 as Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend.

The above dividend will be paid on or before 27th November 2021.
