Emami Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Emami Ltd in its meeting held on October 29, 2021 has declared payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid-up i.e. 400% on the equity shares of the company for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Record date for ascertaining the names of the members who will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend is Tuesday, 9th November, 2021.

Shares of Emami Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 546.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 530.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12393 in over 813 trades.
