Chalet Hotels Ltd to convert In orbit Mall Whitefield to Commercial Office space

The Board of Directors of Chalet Hotels Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., on October 28, 2021 has, considered and approved the discontinuation of operations of the Company's retail premises viz. In orbit Mall Whitefield, Bengaluru and conversion of the same to Commercial Office space, and the consequent termination of the Management & Royalty Agreements with Inorbit Malls (India) Private Limited w.e.f. November 1, 2021 in respect of the same. The Company is actively engaging to let out the space as commercial office space.

Shares of Chalet Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 242.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 241.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13254 in over 574 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 248.25 and intraday low of 233.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3192159.00.
