Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday, 25th October, 2021 considered and approved payment of interim dividend of Rs. 1.25 (Rupee One and Paise Twenty Five) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 (Rupee One) each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2022.

The interim dividend will be paid to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the 'Record Date', viz. Tuesday, 9th November, 2021 on or after 22nd November, 2021.

Shares of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 544.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 551.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28642 in over 2401 trades.
