Tech Mahindra Ltd board declares special dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd at its meeting held today, have declared Special dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 300% of the face value.

The board has fixed 5th November, 2021 as the Record Date for determining the members entitled to receive the Special dividend.

The special dividend shall be paid on Monday, 22nd November, 2021 to equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, 5th November, 2021.

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1524.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1518.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 248842 in over 13138 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1544.75 and intraday low of 1483.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 375976758.00.
