SunEdison Infrastructure Ltd forms subsidiary

The Board of Directors of SunEdison Infrastructure Limited (hereinafter 'SunEdison' or 'the Company') approved to promote by incorporating the company in the name and style of 'SIL Power Storage Solutions Private Limited' (hereinafter 'SIL Power Storage') as its subsidiary.

Accordingly, the company has invested Rs. 99,990/-(Rupees Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Only) by subscribing 99.99% Equity Shares. i.e. 9,999 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in SIL Power Storage.

Shares of Sunedison Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 70.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5004 in over 80 trades.
