Colgate-Palmolive India Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 19

The Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited at their meeting held today, has, declared a first interim Dividend of Rs. 19/- (Rupees Nineteen Only) per equity share of Re.1/- (face value) for the financial year 2021-22. The Record Date for the said interim dividend is Tuesday, November 02, 2021. The said interim dividend will be paid on and from November 22, 2021 to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as of November 02, 2021.
